Hi Rosie!
Thank you for visiting
planDisney with your question. I'm so sorry that you are having trouble making your
Walt Disney World Theme Park Reservation. Let's see if I can help you get squared away so you can enjoy your time at the most magical place on earth.
First, the great news is that I checked the
Walt Disney World Theme Park Availability for May 11, and currently all four
Walt Disney World Theme Parks have availability. Of course, that is subject to change, but hopefully, you can get resolved quickly.
While am I unsure of the specific error message that you received, I have a few options that may help you resolve the issue.
1. Make sure your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are linked to your account: As you may know, you will need valid park admission prior to
booking the theme park reservations. Even if you've already purchased your tickets, they may not be linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can check this by logging into your
Disney account and scrolling down to "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets." Click on "Tickets and Memory Maker" and you will see the theme park tickets listed. If you do not see them listed, you can link them by hovering your mouse over the words "Park Tickets" and then selecting "
Link Tickets." You can then enter the Ticket ID Number and follow the prompts to add your tickets.
2. Check to make sure you are using one of Disney's recommended web browsers: If the error is related to the webpage loading, the issue could possibly be an outdated or
incompatible web browser. Make sure you are using the
up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
3. Clear your cache and cookies: Oftentimes, errors will go away once you clear the cache and restart your computer.
If you are still experiencing technical difficulties, call (407) 939-7765 to resolve the issue.
When you visit, make sure to check out
Disney Enchantment, the nighttime fireworks show at
Disney's Magic Kingdom. The show is part of the
Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration!
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
