I just need help planning my Disney vacation. I have it booked but not really sure what to do next.

    Greeting Elizabeth. Welcome to planDisney.

Magic mirror on the wall, who's going to have the most magical vacation of them all? It's you, Elizabeth, because you've come to the right place. I'm so excited to hear you've got a vacation booked when the Christmas trees will still be twinkling and the holiday spirit will still be in the air. Here at planDisney, we love planning a vacation as much as we love going on them, so "Heigh-ho, Heigh Ho--it's off to help we go!"

So if you already have your vacation booked, let's talk details. First, make sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience app. This tool is truly the fairest of them all! It will hold your theme park tickets, dining reservations, hotel reservations, Lightning Lane Passes, and so much more. Take some time to familiarize yourself with this app, because it will help you greatly during your trip!

When planning your dining experiences, you can make reservations up to 60 days in advance. Take some time to review the restaurants you'd like to visit and be ready to make your reservations at 6 AM EST on your 60-day mark. Keep in mind that not every restaurant requires a reservation. If you come across a quick-service restaurant you like, you can simply pop in those locations anytime.

You may want to consider Lightning Lane Passes as an option for your visit. By purchasing any of the Lightning Lane passes, you will gain access to a special line that offers shorter wait times for attractions. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can purchase these passes seven days in advance. If you are staying offsite, you can buy them three days before your visit.

Elizabeth, I have a few additional links that I believe will be helpful to you. If you need assistance over the phone, HERE is a list of phone numbers for helpful Cast Members who can assist you. At planDisney, we have a wealth of videos covering topics ranging from free activities available at Resort hotels to magical experiences outside the parks. Also, the Walt Disney World website features a great page that can help you stay organized while planning your trip.

We are so happy (get it, like one of the 7 Dwarfs) that you found us! You are welcome to ask us any specific questions. Whether you have questions about Lightning Lanes, the app, or would like suggestions for our favorite dining spots and rides, we're here to help you plan your magical moments with a smile and a song. No poisoned apple will stop us from offering you advice!

I hope we'll hear from you again. I'm wishing you a magical trip. Happy planning!
