I need help to use the online dining reservation system. I made a booking in the UK and have a 6 digit booking reference, the new system will only accept an 8 or 10 digit ref, also UK phone numbers are too long for the system. Any ideas?

    Hi Deborah,

Thanks for coming to the Moms panel!

Unfortunately UK reservation numbers can not be used to make online dining reservations, but you only need to use a reservation number to book reservations which are more than 90 days away. For example if you're staying at a Disney owned hotel you are able to book the first 10 days of your reservations when you are 90 days away. I made an online reservation for a friend the other day and as the booking was for August, so less than 90 days away, I was able to do it, when it asked for the phone number I just omitted the 0 from the beginning.

If you want to make your reservations at exactly 90 days and the next 10 days too then you'll still need to call the Dining team on 001-407-939-3463, to make it a bit cheaper for you call 08448-610-610 first and it should cost about 1p per minute.

Have a great holiday and if there's anything else we can help with please ask again,
