We need help deciding which park to visit which day based on crowds in Disney Orlando. What are the least crowded - least busy days for the Parks Feb 24 through Feb 28th, 2014 (which is Mon-Fri)? My 6 1/2 yr old son is taking his 1st Disney trip! Th

    Hey Tracy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! Your Walt Disney World vacation is less than a week away! Have you finished your packing yet? If not, check out this fun video for some ideas to show your Disney Side... and don't forget your crown!

When choosing the theme parks to visit which days of my vacation I always consult the crowd calendar on the EasyWDW website. You can find this by using Google and searching "February 2014 Walt Disney World Crowd Calendar". This calendar and supporting information offers suggestions on which theme park would be the least crowded during your visit. I have found their suggestions are spot on as they taking into consideration things like Extra Magic Hours and special events.

Being that this is your son's first time at Walt Disney World I would suggest visiting the Magic Kingdom at least twice. While it is possible to tour the Magic Kingdom in one day, it would be a rope drop to late night adventure which is not usually a good plan for a 6 1/2-year-old unless you have park hopper passes and can plan a mid-afternoon nap.

I hope this helps your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
