Hiya Rosanna!
Welcome to planDisney! It’s good to see you here with your question.
I’m elated to hEAR your trip is so very soon and that you’ve chosen to stay at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel! Each Resort hotel is special in its own way and I absolutely adore the magical offerings; whether it’s being whisked away on
Disney transportation to and from the Theme Parks or dining around the Resort hotel, there’s nothing quite like staying in the magic!
Rosanna, I love having the option of using
Online Resort Check-In due to the ease and convenience of it. I was speaking to a Cast Member about this earlier and was told you may want to try Online Resort Check-In on another device. If you’re using your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, perhaps try logging in on your
My Disney Experience account on a desktop to check in. If this doesn’t work, you may want to call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765 or
chat with a Cast Member on the Walt Disney World Resort website so they can look into the matter for you. You can also go to the front desk upon arrival and check-in there should you need to. Either way, you can opt to be notified once your room is available through your My Disney Experience account or through a text message (standard text message charges apply).
In case your room isn’t ready when you arrive and you’d like to head to the parks, shop at
Disney Springs, or explore your Resort hotel, feel free to give your bags to be held at Bell Services and begin your adventure!
I hope you have an enchanting stay, Rosanna!
Aena
