Hey there, hi there, ho there, you’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Alyssa!
Thanks for stopping by with your question for us!
I love staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and I’m so happy to hEAR you’re planning on doing just that. There is something so special about staying inside the magic that even when you’re leaving the theme parks, you’re never leaving the magic. If you’re not following along planDisney’s Instagram account, I encourage you to do so. You’ll find some amazing Pocket Guides full of tips available for many of your favorite Disney hotels, such as
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa,
Disney’s Boardwalk Inn and Villas, and
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! You’ll also find
room tours of many different types of rooms offered at the Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
Alyssa, depending on the type of reservation, you might be able to modify it on your
My Disney Experience account. Once you’ve logged into your account, scroll down until you see your reservation details. If you see the option “Modify Reservation,” please select it and follow the steps to modify your dates or your Disney hotel. If you do not see this option, you will need to
call and speak with a friendly Cast Member who will be happy to assist you at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. You may experience some wait time before you're connected with a Cast Member, however, I have experienced less time waiting when I call first thing in the morning.
If you have not already done so, do be sure to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations. You will need to purchase theme park tickets and make Disney Park Pass reservations to visit the parks. Here’s a helpful
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to help you if you’re changing the dates of your arrival.
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Alyssa! Have an enchanting time.
Aena
