Hi Melinda,
Welcome to planDisney and Happy New Year! It sounds like you're already well on your way to making magical memories in 2024 with a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Purchasing
Memory Maker is the perfect way to make sure your whole group is part of those priceless vacation photos. I love looking back on our family's snapshots around the parks and our silly attraction expressions. You'll be saying cheese and enjoying your own fun photos before you can say "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
If you purchased Memory Maker while logged in to your Disney account, the purchase should have automatically linked. You can confirm this by
signing in online and clicking the "My Plans" link under the "My Disney Experience" tab on the menu bar. On that page scroll down past "My Planning Party" to the section marked "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Just below that header, you'll see a link for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Scroll down a bit and see if your purchase appears under the "Memory Maker Purchases" header.
If you don't see your purchase listed you can add it to your account using the confirmation number in your purchase email. Scroll back up a bit to locate the blue "Add More Plans" button just below the "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" heading. Click the arrow and choose "Link Reservations and Purchases" from the drop-down list. Select the "Memory Maker" box in the second row and input your confirmation number in the "ID or Ticket Order Number" text box. This should do the trick, but you are welcome to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone if you need more assistance.
Once your first photo is captured you'll begin seeing watermarked photos appear in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. You can activate your purchase by selecting a photo and following the prompts. Once activated, the watermark will be removed from your photos and you can download and share those magical memories. If you're like me and capture just shy of a billion photos, you can batch-download everything at once using your computer at the end of your trip. Simply log in to the
Disney PhotoPass website, place a checkmark in the upper right corner of an image, and then check the "Select all visible media" box that will appear toward the top of the screen. Your downloads may appear as a few separate folders but the process is usually pretty quick!
I hope this was helpful Melinda. If we can answer any additional questions please come back and let us know. Wishing you a wonderful year!
Magic and memories,
Amy
