    I need help adding my Christmas tickets to my app

    Welcome to planDisney, Rachel! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite special events at Walt Disney World Resort, so I'm pleased to hear that you have plans to attend this week. I'm happy to help you link your tickets to your My Disney Experience app, so pull out your phone, and let's get started!

    Open up the My Disney Experience app and tap the main menu icon in the bottom right corner. Select the "Tickets and Passes" tile, and tap on "Link Tickets & Passes." If you don't see that option right away, tap the plus sign in the top right corner, and it will appear at the top of the screen. You have three options to connect your tickets to your account: you can scan the barcode or QR code from your phone's camera, you can tap your ticket card to scan it, or you can type in your ticket's ID number. Once you've done that, your tickets should appear in the "Tickets and Passes" menu, and they will also be linked to the MagicBands that are connected to your My Disney Experience account!
