I just need to find out if I can add a person onto my room, where do we get our tickets to get into the park, and if we can get a play pen for our bedroom.

    Hi Haley!

Welcome to planDisney; you’ve come to the right place with your questions about your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort next week! You must be so excited, it’s a wonderful time to visit between the fabulous spring weather and so many exciting things happening. The week you arrive, the brand-new roller coaster, TRON: Lightcycle / Run opens at Magic Kingdom Park as well as the return of fan-favorite nighttime spectacular Happily Ever After! You asked a few different questions on details for your stay, so let’s get down to business.

You may add another person to your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservation either online through modifying your reservation at My Disney Experience, or by calling. The only restriction would be if your room is already at capacity for the number of people it may sleep and the total number of people currently on your reservation. Be sure to complete your Online Check-In while you’re making this update; you can then bypass the front desk with Direct to Room Service and give room location preferences before you arrive.

As for your tickets to get into a theme park, everything should be in your My Disney Experience account, and you just need a method to access these vacation entitlements. Please see this explanation I recently provided for another Guest. If you aren't purchasing MagicBands, you can request a physical card at the front desk of your resort or you can set up a Disney Magic Mobile Pass. Any of these may be scanned upon entry at a theme park to access your ticket.

Disney Resort Collection Hotels offer complimentary playpens, which may also be requested at your resort upon arrival or in advance in your resort reservation. These are limited so I advise you to make the request now, or when you arrive at your resort next week to confirm availability. Be sure to note the Baby Care Centers in all four theme parks if needed for a break or any necessary supplies during the day too.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or needs as you finalize your special trip, Haley! We are happy to bring clarity to anything needed or to help you make the most of your visit.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Amy
