I need your EXPERT ADVICE: If you were on your Honeymoon (And not planning to return to WDW until after having a couple kids, so 5-10yrs from now) and you could upgrade from ASMU-POFQ for $250 total for a 6 night stay, would you do it?

    Hi Kristen!

YES - Absolutely, without a doubt! How's that for a definitive answer!!

I love Port Orleans French Quarter, and I think its a VERY romantic resort! The streets, gardens and architecture are so much more romantic to me than All Star Music! Not only can you have some wonderful evening strolls around the resort, but you'll also be able to enjoy a quiet boat ride up the river to Downtown Disney. As two adults visiting, Walt Disney World you may appreciate it more that the boat is a great way to access the restaurants and shopping venues there. Its a great alternative to using bus transportation all the time, and you may even find that later at night you'll be on a nearly deserted boat! Talk about romantic!

Two other differences that are important to me, in the decision making process are that the moderate resorts also feature complimentary mini-fridges in their rooms (great to chill a bottle of champagne!) and they feature hot-tubs. Two important things in my book!

    Hope this helps!
