We need elevator. What hotels do not have elevator

Hey there Lloy! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing us your resort question. I’m always happy to help a fellow resident of the North Star State!

I’m sure our recent cold snap has you dreaming of a Walt Disney World vacation. I’ve found that the further it gets below zero, the more trips to Florida appear on my calendar. Lucky for you, your trip is only a couple of months away!

I did a little digging and it sounds like any hotel building at Walt Disney World Resort with more than 3 floors will have an elevator. That means most of the resorts will have elevators, but there are a few that won’t be able to meet your needs.

Old Key West Resort: Buildings 62, 63, and 64 have elevators, but the rest of the resort buildings do not.

Caribbean Beach Resort: None of the buildings at this resort feature an elevator because they are all 2 stories tall.

Port Orleans- Riverside: The Magnolia Bend buildings have elevators, but the 2-story Alligator Bayou buildings do not.

If you need to be close to an elevator or have any other needs while staying at Walt Disney World, I would recommend making a room request when you book your stay. Requests aren’t guaranteed, but Cast Members do their best to honor them. You can also call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line to speak with a Cast Member about your request.

I hope you enjoy your upcoming visit to sunshine and warmer temperatures! You can always pop back with any other vacation planning questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
