Do I need my dogs vaccinations records for the dog rooms?

    Hey Howdy Hey Carol,

Welcome back to planDisney. As a fellow animal lover, the hardest part of leaving for a vacation is when I have to leave our furry family members at home. Luckily I can take my four legged pal along for our Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

There are four Disney Resorts Collection hotels that offer a limited number of pet friendly rooms. These resorts are Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney Port Orleans Resort -Riverside, Disney's Art of Animation and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds. There is an additional per night, pet fee and Guests are limited to two dogs per room. The dogs have to be well behaved and up to date on their vaccinations. You must be able to show proof of vaccinations if requested, so I would definitely bring a copy of those records with you when traveling.

As a reminder, only service animals are permitted at the theme parks and Disney Springs so you will need to leave Bolt in your room when you head out to tackle Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. No worries though, he can always catch a few Pluto cartoons while waiting for your return. I hope this information helps you both enjoy your stay. If I can help with any further planning questions, please stop back and see me

Hope to see ya real soon,
    Margaret
