Welcome to planDisney, Jessica! Your
holiday visit will surely be merry and bright at the Most Magical Place on Earth! As a Louisiana girl, I love a good parade, so let's make sure to get you where you need to be on time to catch yours!
To get from
Magic Kingdom Park to
Disney Springs, I've got two options that I'd recommend! Because there are no direct buses between the theme parks and Disney Springs, the first option would be to exit Magic Kingdom and follow the walking path to
Disney's Contemporary Resort, where you can catch a
Disney Resort bus from the hotel to Disney Springs. This service is complimentary, and I'd recommend leaving Magic Kingdom at least 60 minutes before your anticipated arrival at Disney Springs to allow time for your short walk, possible wait times for the bus, and transport to Disney Springs. The second option is to utilize the
Minnie Van Service, which is a paid rideshare service powered by Lyft. Your Minnie Van will be able to pick you up in the bus loading and unloading area just outside of Magic Kingdom to bring you directly to Disney Springs. This is likely to be the fastest option.
Jessica, while you're at Disney Springs, be sure to take in the
holiday magic at this location, including the
Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll which helps you discover all the magnificently decorated trees throughout the area! Also keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog in the coming weeks as they release more holiday foodie guides to help you find all the best seasonal snacks for the holidays!
Jessica, I hope this helps you get where you need to be quickly and efficiently! If you're returning to a Disney Resort hotel after the parade, you can catch a Disney Resort bus directly from Disney Springs. If you're returning to Magic Kingdom Park, hop on any resort bus and then transfer to another bus from the resort to the park; keep in mind that Disney's Contemporary Resort is the closest to Magic Kingdom!
