There's a pretty easy way to find your perfect
Disney Cruise Line vacation. As soon as you hit the main Disney Cruise Line website, you're going to see a tab at the top that says "Plan a Cruise." If you hover over that, the button you want to click is "
Find a Cruise." That's going to take you to the page that will help you find what you are looking for.
I put in some filters to see what comes up near your dates, and I did find a
5-night Mediterranean cruise that sets sail close to your date range. If you have some flexibility, that looks like an excellent sailing, including ports like
Civitavecchia, Italy, which is the port for Rome. I wasn't able to find a trip exactly within your parameters, but if you can travel longer or change dates, you may be able to find something more suitable.
