    Need to make dining reservations on 10/26. Can you please clarify whether Pooh & Friends will be at Lib Tree Tav in Jan 2010 or not? One moms panel response said they will be, another said they won't. Is there ANY Character Dining where they'll be?!

    All the information that I can find says that, with the temporary closure of the Crystal Palace in early 2010,  the Winnie the Pooh characters will not be part of any character dining experience from January 3 to February 14, 2010. There will be characters at the Liberty Tree Tavern at breakfast, lunch, and dinner at that time. The scheduled characters at the Liberty Tree will be Minnie, Goofy, and Chip & Dale.

    While there will be no opportunity to dine with Pooh and friends while the Crystal Palace in undergoing refurbishment. However, there will still be plenty of places to meet Pooh. Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore.  They often greet guests in other locations in the parks. Pooh is often at the Animal Kingdom, and I suspect that they may add a Pooh greeting near the Pooh ride during the Crystal Palace renovations.

    To make sure that you're not missing Pooh and his pals, I would go to the Guest Relations office at any of the theme parks; these are noted on the park maps. Ask them to call the "character hotline" for you. The character hotline will be able to tell you if any particular character will be in the parks on a particular day, and if so, exactly where and when the character will be there.
