I need to convert tickets from 2000 and have tried calling 407-566-4985 option #4 several times and have been on hold forever. there has to be an easier way to use my tickets and make reservation to attend parks

    Heigh-Ho David,

I am so sorry to hEAR you are having difficulties trying to solve your Walt Disney World ticket conversion conundrum. You are doing everything right by calling (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member.  Try calling early morning during the workweek when the phone line opens at 7:00 a.m. EST. As the old adage says, "The early bird gets the worm." Another option is through your My Disney Experience Mobile App to utilize the Chat With Us feature. On your mobile app select the MENU button in the lower right-hand corner and then scroll until you see Chat With Us. Next, begin by posting your question and a Cast Member will assist you with your next steps. And finally, you can always email your question by following this link. Be sure to include a clear description of your request and include the 12-digit ID number of all the tickets you are inquiring about. Emailing will take longer than the last two options but is effective.

Sending much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust you are able to make the conversion sooner than later. Make sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the dates you are interested in visiting prior to making your Disney Park Pass reservation. And we home to be Welcoming You Home soon to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
