Welcome aboard, Susan! Your Disney Cruise Line vacation must be getting pretty close if you're asking about online check-in! I'm excited for you to begin your pixie-dusted voyage!
Guests should definitely plan to
check in online during their online check-in window, which for
first time cruisers with Disney begins 75 days prior to departure, 90 or more days prior for those who have sailed with Disney before. I highly recommend beginning your online check in as soon as your booking window opens because not only will you check in and select your port arrival time, but you'll also have access to booking all the fun extras like
Port Adventures, Adult Exclusive Dining, select special character experiences and more! Some of these are very popular activities and they book up quickly, so you don't want to wait and risk missing out!
You didn't mention when you will be setting sail, but if your'e already within that 75 day time frame, log on today and see if there are any extras that you absolutely must book, and go ahead and do so right away! You won't want to miss out on the Disney Princess Gathering if you have a little princess of your own. Five or so princesses gather in the atrium lobby of the ship to meet one at a time with young cruisers. It was always a favorite activity of my daughter's when she was younger! Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations for princess and pirate makeovers are also available during online check-in, so if you were hoping to book these, that's when you'll want to do so. I also highly suggest a romantic dinner at one of the
Adult Exclusive restaurants, Palo or Remy. Palo is my favorite, and my husband and I never miss an opportunity to dine there!
Happy planning, Susan!
