Emily from MA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

i need to change my ticket hopper start date from 3/14 to 3/13. how do this?

Welcome to planDisney, Emily! In just about a week, you will be enjoying a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! I’m so excited for you!

Don’t worry, we will get this figured out for you before your visit. First, I suggest logging in to your My Disney Experience account. Go to “My Plans” to see the tickets linked to your account. If you have the option to “modify” your ticket online, you will see the word in blue. In that case you can click on it to modify the date, to change it to your desired date. If you don’t, you would need to call the resort at (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. I suggest giving them a call today, to get everything sorted out.

It’s important to note, if the price for the day you want to visit is lower than the price for the ticket you already purchased, you will not receive a credit or refund for that amount. If the price of the ticket for the day you would like to visit is higher, you would have to pay the difference.

Once your tickets are squared away, you will need to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each person in your travel party, via your My Disney Experience account. You can even make your reservations via your My Disney Experience app. It will be the first thing you see on your app when you open it.

Emily, it may be a good idea to take a look at the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. That way you know what to expect when you arrive. The section will tell you about all the health and safety measures in place right now all over the Walt Disney World Resort.

Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. I hope you have a magical visit!
