I need to change my ticket dates. The tickets were purchased through a military discount. Would I still be able to change the dates while still using the military discount? Or, will changing the dates affect the military discount and make them reg. prices?

Welcome to planDisney, Jaeilah! Thanks so much for coming back to us with your question today. I'm happy to help you figure out your Military Salute tickets, so let's chat about what to do to make sure you're ready for your upcoming visit!

Jaeilah, Military Salute tickets are not typically date-based, meaning they are not locked into use within a specific range of dates. If all you need to do is change your Disney Park Pass reservations, that's easy! Open up the My Disney Experience app and tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Select "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and follow the instructions on the screen to make your changes. Disney Park Pass reservations can be modified as many times as you need to before your trip, so your plans are totally flexible!

If you do have date-based tickets and you want to change the dates they can be used, you can try changing the date in the My Disney Experience app. Open up the main menu by tapping the three lines in the bottom right corner of the screen, and select "Tickets and Passes." Tap on the ticket you want to change, select "Change Ticket," and follow the instructions to choose your new date range. This may not always be possible if you purchased your tickets from your U.S. Military base ticketing office or at Shades of Green, but you may have another option to make those changes. First, I recommend calling the hotline for Existing Tickets and speaking to a Disney Cast Member, or you can also get in touch with your base ticketing office to see if they can help you out. Hopefully, you'll be able to get your tickets set up for a date that works better for you!

I hope this answers your question, Jaeilah, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
