I need to change the starting park location on some of my party's tickets. We have a Park Hopper Pass. I need to change them from starting at Epcot to starting at Animal Kingdom

    Hi there Alexa,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question about Theme Park Reservations.  Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort will be here before you know it!  In just a few short weeks you will be spending the spooky season at the "Most Magical Place on Earth".

As of right now, guests are unable to modify Theme Park Reservations, so you will need to cancel your existing reservation and then rebook with your starting Theme Park.  Before doing this, I do recommend checking the Theme Park Availability to make sure that there is something available as once they are canceled you will not be able to retrieve your old reservations if there is no availability.  After a quick search it does look like there is still availability for your preferred dates, but capacity is limited and availability can change at any time.

To cancel your existing Theme Park Reservation login to your My Disney Experience Account and find the reservation under "My Plans"  beside your reservation, there will be a link to cancel the reservation, simply follow the steps to cancel and then re-book your new reservation as soon as possible.

I hope this information was useful, Alexa.  I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World Resort later this month.  If you have any other questions as you continue to plan, please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
