I need to change reservations for 2 of the people in my party. I have them set for 3 day pass and they are only able to make 2 days. Can you advise? Kylee

    Heigh-Ho Kylee,

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney, I am happy to help guide you in the right direction. You and your Guests are visiting during an exciting time, October 1st begins The World’s Most Magical Celebration. As Walt Disney World slowly adorns itself with iridescent shimmer and celebratory accents stay updated by following the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about what Guests can expect when visiting during the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World.

Kylee, I think you are asking how to adjust a 3-day Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket to a 2-day ticket. I have two suggestions for you, the first is to call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member about adjusting the number of days. Typically, because your ticket has not been used they are able to credit back the difference to your original means of purchase. Another option, and one that I am privy to, is upon arrival to your first Walt Disney World Theme Park and before using the Walt Disney World tickets make your way to the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter. Here you can speak to a Cast Member who can accommodate your request.

I hope this answers your question Kylee and while planning your Walt Disney World vacation if you need any recommendations, I am here to help. Check out our Panel Extras for some extra Vacation tips and follow us on Instagram (@planDisneypanel) for more Disney Magic.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,
