Gawrsh, Shellie! We sure are glad you sent in a question to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some technical issues making your
Disney Park Pass reservations. When this happens to me, it makes me feel a little Goofy! Let's see if we can get things straightened out, so you can get on with packing for your upcoming trip.
Unfortunately, Disney Park Pass reservations cannot be modified but can be canceled and rebooked by visiting the My Plans section of your
My Disney Experience account. You may be getting the error message because you still need to cancel your Park Passes for February 13.
If that's not the case, it could have to do with something called "ticket prioritization." This can happen if you have multiple tickets attached to your My Disney Experience account, such as water park tickets, special events, or just a partially-used ticket. This can cause a glitch in the system to prioritize those tickets over the theme park tickets you plan to use this week. There are ways to troubleshoot this, including going to the "Tickets & Passes" tab in your account and temporarily reassigning the non-conforming ticket, but sometimes it's easier to contact Disney's Website Support at (407) 939-4357. The phone lines get very busy, so call as soon as they open at 7:00 AM EST. My last tip is to try using an incognito browser and/or clearing your cookies. Often, I also need to switch from Safari to Chrome when I'm not getting my way!
I'm sending some pixie dust your way that you get everything straightened out, Shellie! Oh boy...after all that work, you deserve a treat! Check out the
Valentine's Foodie Guide on the Disney Parks Blog; that Red Velvet Whoopie Pie looks delish!
