Since I am unsure if you are referring to a Disney Resort hotel reservation or a theme park reservation, I will walk you through the process of changing both. Hopefully, it will provide you with the information you need.
Depending on your reservation type, you may or may not be able to
modify your Disney Resort hotel reservation online through
My Disney Experience. If you can change your reservation online, you will see “Modify Reservation” in My Reservations in your My Disney Experience account. If you do not see the option to “Modify Reservation,” you will need to call (407) 939-7639 to speak with a Cast Member.
Theme park reservations cannot be modified but can be canceled by visiting My Plans in My Disney Experience. If you need to change your theme park reservation, you will have to cancel your existing theme park reservation and make a new one. Be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure the date you want to reserve is available.
