Welcome to planDisney! Sometimes our Disney plans do change a bit, and I'm happy to let you know that you'll be able to change the name of the Mouseketeer on an unused
theme park ticket.
There's currently no way for you to change the name on a ticket online ahead of time, but Hakuna Matata...no worries! All you'll need to do is inform the Cast Members when you arrive that the name is incorrect and they'll help get everything straightened out for you. A photo will be taken that links the ticket to a particular Guest, and the important thing to note is that once a ticket has been used even once, it may no longer be transferred. If you'd like to speak about this further with a friendly Cast Member, please feel free to contact them via
