I need to change name on ticket

    Hi Jasmine,

Welcome to planDisney! Sometimes our Disney plans do change a bit, and I'm happy to let you know that you'll be able to change the name of the Mouseketeer on an unused theme park ticket.

There's currently no way for you to change the name on a ticket online ahead of time, but Hakuna Matata...no worries! All you'll need to do is inform the Cast Members when you arrive that the name is incorrect and they'll help get everything straightened out for you. A photo will be taken that links the ticket to a particular Guest, and the important thing to note is that once a ticket has been used even once, it may no longer be transferred. If you'd like to speak about this further with a friendly Cast Member, please feel free to contact them via phone, email, or the chat feature within the handy dandy Disneyland mobile app. Wait times to chat with a Cast Member are a bit higher than normal now with so many Guests looking forward to Returning to a Land of Magic, but if possible, I'd encourage you to try later in the evening. You should have better luck getting through to someone then.

With so many exciting experiences to enjoy this summer at Disneyland Resort, it's a wonderful time to visit! I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney, Jasmine, and I'm sending pixie dust that you have a truly magical visit!
