Do I need to change the name on a Theme Park Ticket if the person's name on the ticket isn't going with us now and someone new is?

    Hi Aaron,

Welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry that we weren’t able to get to your question before your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth began! I hope you had a BLAST and made memories to cherish for years to come!

I’m sure that a friendly Cast Member was able to put your mind at ease, but yes, it’s fine for a different Mouseketeer to use one of your theme park tickets! As long as tickets are completely unused, they may be transferred. When you entered Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, your picture was taken, and that’s what officially links a ticket to a Guest. After the first use, tickets are no longer transferable.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Aaron! When you’re planning your next Disney adventure, please feel free to come back and see us again. In the meantime, I hope your Disney PhotoPass photos and magical memories bring a great big smile to your face!
