I need to change a name on one of our tickets, How do I do that?

Hello there, Rebecca! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your summer visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Walt Disney World Resort is continuing with its phased reopening and inviting Guests back to experience a world of magic! As its reopening has continued, Walt Disney World Resort has made updates to its policies with the safety of all Guests in mind. These updates have been made under guidance provided by health and government officials and may gradually adjust over time. During your upcoming visit, you can look forward to enhanced cleaning across the property, adjustments to promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact.

Changing a theme park ticket is actually quite straightforward once you know the process! First, you must verify that the ticket has not been used. Theme park tickets may not be reassigned after they have been used so this is the most important part of making any changes! You can then log into your My Disney Experience account and navigate over to the “My Reservations” section. From there, locate which ticket you would like to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket. You will then be able to reassign your ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list!

I hope this information assists you in planning your future visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can provide any further planning assistance as well!
