    I need to change a name of a minor guest traveling with my party. can I do that online? Wait time on phone is lengthy.

    Hi there, Tammy!

    If you booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation directly through the website, you may be able to change your reservation through your My Disney Experience account. Log into your My Disney Experience account and navigate to "My Plans." Scroll down to your resort reservation. 

    If your reservation is eligible to be modified, you'll see a link to the right of the confirmation number that says "Change Reservation." Once you select this option, you'll be able to change the name of the members in your party.  

    If you are unable to modify your reservation online, which may be the case depending on any Special Offers that you took advantage of, then you will need to call (407) 934-7639 to have the friendly Cast Members make the change for you. I know that wait times have been a little longer than normal, so I recommend you call as soon as the phone lines open at 7:00 am Eastern time.
