    I need to change a guest on my reservation

    Hello Ginger! Welcome to planDisney!

    I hope you and your party are getting really excited about your upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Depending on when you're visiting, you may get to experience the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, happening now through July 4th, OR the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, happening July 14th - November 19th! EPCOT is my number one favorite Theme Park at the Walt Disney World Resort and these festivals just add so much to the magic.  We love to stroll around World Showcase, grab new and interesting bites to eat from the Global Marketplaces, and take advantage of the fun "extras" such as scavenger hunts like Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak!

    I hope you and your entire party are ready for some fun, even if that includes a new member to be added to the crew! If you need to change a name on a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation you'll probably want to speak with a Walt Disney World Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at (407) 939-1936.  They'll be able to update the names on your reservation so that you're ready to dive into the fun as soon as you arrive!

    If you're speaking about switching a Theme Park Ticket reservation, you can change the name on the ticket as long as the Ticket has never been previously used, is not expired, and is not part of a vacation package. Once it is used it is nontransferable between Guests.  You'll probably be able to complete this action right on your My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you sign in, click the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the page.  From here, find the tab that says "Tickets and Passes" and you should be able to reassign the Ticket.  This process can also be done on your My Disney Experience account online by scrolling down to "My Plans" and then "My Plans, Tickets and Passes."
