To change the email associated with your
My Disney Experience account, I recommend logging in to your account on a web browser. When you hover over “My Disney Experience” in the top right corner of the page, a drop-down menu will appear. Find and click on “Profile,” which should be under your name and character icon.
Next, select “Account Settings,” and click the arrow next to your email address. A passcode will be sent to your email address which you should enter here. After entering the passcode, you can enter the new email address you would like to use for your account.
Summer, if you use any other websites that are part of
The Walt Disney Family of Companies, your email will also change for those accounts. For example, if you use
Disney+, this process will also change the email you use for signing.
