Lightning Lane Passes. Your My Disney Experience app (and planDisney!) is your key to planning a pixie-dusted
Walt Disney World vacation, so let's get your account up and running so that you can unlock all of the magic.
If you can still log into your My Disney Experience app, go ahead and log in, tap the three-line menu icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, and tap "Profile" under "Account." Then, tap "Account Settings" and the arrow next to your current login email to choose your new MyDisney email. Just be aware that changing the email address you use to log in will replace the login email across all of The Walt Disney Companies, including us at planDisney.
If you're unable to log into the app but can still log into your
My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website, log in, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab, and click your name. Then, click the "Manage My Disney Account" button and the arrow next to your current email address to change your login email.
If you have any trouble logging in or changing your email, I recommend
calling a helpful Cast Member with My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ for assistance. They will be able to work their magic, just like bibbidi ... bobbidi ... boo!
