    Hi, I need to change the credit card I currently have linked to my account, I have gone into amend payment details but it does not let me amend the card details. Do I need to delete the existing card & then add a new one?

    I'm so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I know the excitement must be building since your vacation is coming up just next month. I am also looking forward to a summer stay and had to update my credit card just this week, so I'm happy to help you navigate your way through the process. 

    Lucy, you'll want to start on the "Plans and Tickets" page in your My Disney Experience account. Under your reservation information, click on "Update Resort Hotel Check-In." On the following page, you'll select your reservation number until you see the page entitled "Online Check-In Services." Look for "Show Details" located in the right-hand corner of the page. Use that drop down to show all the details for your upcoming reservation. Your current credit information should be listed, so you'll want to select "Update Payment Method." Once you have input your new credit card information, be sure to select the box underneath that says to "Save this credit card to my profile" so it replaces the old one. Select "Done" after checking the box. I hope this will fix the problem you've been having.
