I need to cancel my world Disney tickets for July 8th

    Heigh-Ho Nancy,

I am so sorry to hEAR you are unable to make your trip to Walt Disney World. But Hakuna Matata, with so many recent, exciting announcements about Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, I’m sure you will want to return.

While Guests can cancel their Disney Park Pass reservation, they are unable to cancel or receive a refund for Walt Disney World tickets. Instead, your tickets can be used towards a future Walt Disney World vacation. In other words, when you are ready to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation, “The amount paid for an unused ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.” For further assistance about Walt Disney World ticket questions, you can speak to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985.

In the meantime, to keep up with your Walt Disney World tickets, it is wise to create a My Disney Experience profile and link your tickets to your account. The My Disney Experience is your vacation hub and will keep your ticket information in a safe place until you are ready to use them.

When you are ready to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation feel free to ask any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries you may have.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
