    We need to cancel our trip to Disney World due to COVID concerns. Can we get a refund for our tickets purchased directly from Disney. We bought two 5 day park hopper tickets which were mailed to us. They are for 11/29/2021 thru 12/04/2021.

    I am sorry to hear you need to cancel your trip to Walt Disney World due to health reasons. While I am unable to assist you I suggest speaking to a Walt Disney World Resort reservations to further assist with your request. You can call (407) 939-1936 beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST. At the moment Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and thus I suggest calling as early in the day as possible.
