    I need to cancel my tix because of positive covid test how can I postpone my visit

    I'm sorry to hear that your plans to visit Disneyland Resort had to be canceled due to COVID. I am sending you all the well-wishes and I hope you have a quick return to health!

    I have excellent news to share. If your theme park tickets are still valid, you can cancel your current theme park reservations, then schedule new dates to visit using the Disneyland Resort Reservations page.

    If your tickets have expired, you're still in luck. The value of unused Disneyland Resort tickets may be used to purchase new theme park tickets in the future. You may contact Ticket Services to make your new purchase if this is the case. 

    When contemplating new reservation dates, I hope you consider visiting Disney California Adventure Park from January 21 through February 13, 2022. During that time, you will have the chance to experience the Lunar New Year Celebration! The celebration will be full of food, fun, and festivities such as Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession
