    Hello, i need to cancel my tickets due to a family emergency. How can i get a refund?

    Hey there, Annie! Welcome to planDisney. I am so sorry that you have to cancel your vacation to Disneyland Resort. I understand the frustration all too well. I hope everything is okay with your family!

    Annie, tickets to Disneyland are non-refundable. However, you may be able to reschedule your visit to a later date and use them if they are unused. I would call the Disneyland Tickets Office at (714) 934-7639, and see what your available options are. You will have to cancel your Theme Park Pass reservations, which you can do on your Disneyland Mobile app, or on your Disney account. Make sure to rebook those reservations when you reschedule your visit!

    I hope you are able to visit Disneyland soon, Annie. I am sorry once again about your family emergency, and I hope you will get to experience the magic of the Happiest Place on Earth very soon!
