Hi, Toby – I hope you are well!
I appreciate you coming to the planDisney Panel for help with your
Disneyland Resort ticket question. Per
Disneyland Resort eTicket Policy, theme park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you booked a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and can no longer make it, your ticket is still valid through the ticket’s expiration date. To book a new theme park reservation date, you may visit
My Reservations. Even after the ticket expires, you will still be eligible to use a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket.
I know that is not the answer you were searching for, but I hope it gives you peace of mind that your ticket may still be used to create magical memories, even if your original plans could not continue as originally planned. But if you can reschedule, I recommend visiting during the
Disney 100th Anniversary, celebrating 100 years of Disney. The festivities begin at the Disneyland Resort on January 27, 2023.
Best of luck, and if you decide to reschedule your plans and would like some tips or advice about visiting the Disneyland Resort, you got a friend in planDisney!
Farewell,
Lola
