Hey there, Erica!
I'm so sorry that you have been having so much trouble getting through to
Disney Cruise Line on the phone. I know the phones have been busy, as so much is up in the air with travel. People are so anxious to get moving again, so they're calling to make plans; yet in other parts of the country, Covid is still causing all sorts of travel headaches.
If the phone thing is failing you, you can also cancel your cruise in writing. At the top of the cruise website, you'll see a
tab labeled "help," which is where you want to go. At the top right of the page - just under Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather - you'll see a
button that says "email." You can head there to write an email to cancel your cruise. It may take a few days for someone to get back to you, but you can usually expect a response within 5 days.
It looks like your sail date is a pretty good way away, but you do want to be aware of the
cruise cancellation fees for your voyage. I like to know the schedule of these fees, because if there's even a chance I may be able to cruise, I like to hang onto my cruise reservation until I am absolutely certain I won't be able to sail.
If there's anything else we can help you with, please feel free to sail on back in!
Anna
