    I need to cancel a reservation for which we have not paid... please advise on how this is done 

    Hi Alfred! Thank you for coming to planDisney with your question. 

    So, this is how I am interpreting your question. You have made a reservation through the Walt Disney World website, but have not made any payments since your initial $200 deposit. And, now you would like to cancel. 

    Depending on the type of reservation, you will either be able to cancel the reservation online or you will need to call the Disney Reservation Center for assistance.

    Sign in to your MyDisneyExperience Account and go to My Reservations, where you will see the reservation listed. If your reservation can be canceled online, you’ll see a link for “Cancel Reservation.”
    If your reservation can only be canceled by phone, you’ll see a message indicating you need to call. Here is a list of phone numbers. 

    I’m sorry to see you are cancelling this reservation, but maybe it means that you are planning a future trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. For your future booking, be sure to add Memory Maker! This is a service that includes all of the professional photos taken in all four theme parks, plus 8 dining location photos, and 13 attraction photos! It helps make the BEST memories for a trip to WDW!
