To cancel a
Disney Park Pass reservation or a
dining reservation via the
My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Future Plans". Click on the reservation you would like to cancel, and you should see the cancel button (a blue circle with an "x") on the next screen. If instead you are logged into your account on the
My Disney Experience website, use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to go to "My Plans". Locate the reservation you need to cancel, and choose "Cancel Reservation" on the right side to cancel a dining reservation, or "View Details" to cancel a Disney Park Pass reservation. You'll see a link just above "Your Party" with the words "Cancel This Reservation". Next, you will select the Guests in your party to cancel (or select all) and confirm your choice. Most dining reservations must be canceled at least 1 day in advance to avoid being charged a
cancellation penalty; Disney Park Pass reservations can be canceled at any time.
If instead, you meant that you need to
cancel a Disney Resort Hotel room reservation or vacation package, since it is now within a few days of your arrival date, you will need to
call the reservation line to cancel. Refer to your reservation confirmation email for the cancellation policy.
