    If I need to cancel a package stay at a Disneyland hotel that includes room/tickets, is the package including tickets refundable? (I have seen that tickets are non refundable,is that only when purchased separately?) December, are Disney hotel pools heated?

    Hi Amber,

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you might need to cancel your upcoming Disneyland Resort vacation, but I do certainly understand that sometimes even our best-laid plans need to change.

    I'm happy to share that the vacation package terms and conditions do state that your entire package (minus any non-refundable fees like runDisney race fees or travel protection plan costs) may be refunded as long as you cancel 30 days or more prior to your arrival date. If you cancel between 2 and 29 days before your check-in date, you'll receive a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Vacation packages are non-refundable beginning 1 day prior to your arrival. You are correct, too, that tickets purchased separately are not refundable, so your vacation package does provide you a bit of extra flexibility.

    Also, are you ready for some splash-tastic news? The pools at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort are all heated year-round, so you'll be able to enjoy a refreshing swim or an entire day of poolside fun no matter when you visit!
