Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry that you won't be able to enjoy your lunch at Rain Forest Cafe, but I certainly understand that sometimes even our best-laid plans need to change.
Did you
make your reservation through Disney? If so, I'm happy to share that you'll simply want to find your dining reservation in the
"My Plans" section of your My Disney Experience account. You can also access it within the handy dandy
My Disney Experience app by clicking the three horizontal lines and selecting "Future Plans." Once you've found your dining reservation, you'll be able to choose "Cancel" in the app or "Cancel Reservation" online. You'll see a confirmation of your cancellation and you should receive an email, too.
If you made your reservation directly through Rainforest Cafe and don't have your reservation connected to your My Disney Experience account, it appears as though you will need to call to cancel. I'm not sure if you're dining at the
Animal Kingdom Theme Park location or the
Disney Springs location, but I just tried calling both of them this afternoon and was able to get right through. Try using (407) 938-9100 for the Animal Kingdom Theme Park location or (407) 827-8500 for the Disney Springs location.
