I'm sorry you must cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It's never easy doing so, but I hope you find comfort that the magic of Walt Disney World Resort will be here when you're ready to reschedule your vacation. It's never a goodbye, but more of a "See ya later, pal."
Priscilla, depending on your reservation, you may be able to cancel the booking on your My Disney Experience account. To do so, please follow the steps below:
-First, log in to your
My Disney Experience account.
-Next, hover over the
My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner and select
My Plans from the drop-down menu.
-Scroll down and locate your reservation.
-If it can be canceled online, you will see the option to
Cancel Reservation next to it.
If you do not see a way to cancel there, please don't worry. You can call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and they will be happy to assist you.
If you booked a Walt Disney World Resort
Vacation Package with a Disney Resort hotel room and theme park tickets, the reservation may be canceled up to 30 days before your arrival date without penalty. Prices are subject to change, and you may find the Cancellation and Refunds section in the
Walt Disney Travel Company Terms and Conditions page helpful.
