I need to cancel my annual pass

    Hi Jean,

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to utilize your Disney annual pass and are hoping to cancel it. Once an annual pass has been purchased, according to the terms and conditions, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Fortunately for you, if you have not yet activated your pass, you have a whole year from the date of purchase to activate the pass. After that year has passed, The annual pass is automatically activated the first time you enter the theme parks with it and is good for a year from that date. If you do not activate the pass within a year of the purchase date then it will expire. This should give you a little extra time to ensure that you are getting the most out of your annual pass.

To make sure you are getting the most out of the annual pass you have purchased, I recommend checking out the perks and discounts available to you. You can get discounts on dining, shopping, movies, rounds of golf, and special events throughout Disney theme parks and Disney Springs.

If you have additional questions or concerns I urge you to contact V.I.Passholder Support. They can help you with any issues you may be having using your annual pass, explain passholder benefits, and provide recommendations.

    Happy Planning
    Jenna
