Hi Son,
Welcome to planDisney! Your magical vacation is just around the corner, and you must be getting so excited.
Little ones who have not yet turned 3 do not need a ticket to accompany their families into the theme parks at Walt Disney World. And if others in your family are accessing rides and attractions using
Lightning Lane passes, your under-3 child can join those lines with you as well, as long as they meet the height requirement.
Luckily for wee ones, there are tons of
rides and attractions that are accessible for all heights, including favorites like Dumbo, it's a small world, Gran Fiesta Tour, Living with the Land, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na'vi River Journey and Toy Story Mania.
And, if the adults in your party want to experience an attraction that your child can't, you can take advantage of
Rider Switch on the rides listed here without returning to the standard queue.
Your toddler also can eat free when they join you at an all-you-care-to-eat buffet, character meal or family-style dining experience. Just be sure you include them in the number of people in your party when you make a reservation so that there's a seat for them and the restaurant can manage capacity.
I have such fond memories of visiting Walt Disney World with my children when they were toddlers. Wishing you a visit with your little one, Son, that creates memories for a lifetime!
Enjoy,
Wilma
