Do i need to bring my full passport to collect tickets? Or can i bring a picture of it

    Hello Jade,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question about your tickets. Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is a great summer vacation that you are going to love. The tickets you will be collecting will need your passport to be present and a picture of it will not suffice. But once you have them you will be ready to make magical memories. Mickey Mouse will be waiting for you at Magic Kingdom Park. If you really enjoy Meet and Greets then you can use the My Disney Experience App to locate them by using the filters. The best value in the parks will be a popcorn bucket on your first day there. Refills are only $2.25 during your stay and will be a staple of your visit. Bring along a carabiner to attach to a backpack to make it easier to carry with you.

Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotels have an exciting new benefit in 2025, and during the summer this benefit is going to be awesome. During 2025 on your check-in day you can visit a water park for free! Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon will be open for you to visit, and stay cool until your room is ready. You can stop by your resort to drop off your bags with Bell Services. When you return you can call to have your bags delivered to your room and get the party started.

I hope your stay is full of magical memories. And if you ever have other questions visit us again.

    See ya real soon,

    Jeremy A.
