Hiya, Dana!
There are options when bringing frozen breastmilk to
Walt Disney World. We'll start with the fact that you are correct.
Disney's Port Orleans Riverside does have a
small refrigerator in the room, but no freezer. Bell Services at your resort can keep things frozen for you. They will label everything for you, and your resort is just the perfect size if you need to make multiple trips to go retrieve it.
Another option is to keep the milk in your room. A hard-sided cooler can be filled with ice from the machines at your resort, and as long as you keep the milk covered, it stays frozen for quite a while. I was an exclusively pumping mom and did this on many Walt Disney World vacations with great success.
I also want to tell you how super convenient a small freezer is. You can actually have one delivered to your resort prior to your arrival if you're flying, so no worries about getting it there. The freezer I've used is just a little over a cubic foot, so it's small, but if you pack the milk flat, you can store quite a bit. Then it's right at your fingertips as you need it. These tiny freezers can be found on Amazon or at Walmart, and they generally run under $200.
Don't forget to utilize the
Baby Care Centers when you are at the parks. They're great for a cool, quiet place to do all the baby things! There is a nursing room, microwaves, high chairs, and much more to give you and your littles a break from the parks.
Have the most fantastic time!
