Do we need to book space in the child activity centers in advance the way we book our ADRs? We would like to go to dinner at Artist Point without the kids, but weren't sure if we need to book the child care center at the same time get the ADR. Thx!!

    Susan,

We are big fans of the Child Activity Centers. We use them on EVERY trip. The kids love it, and my wife and I enjoy the date night opportunity.

I would recommend strongly that you do make a reservation. While I have never encountered a problem with the club filling up, you would hate to take a chance that the club that you want to use would be filled up, and you would miss out on your date night. Also, since the largest of the clubs, the Never Land Club (at the Polynesian) is undergoing a refurbishment, and the Mouseketeer Club (at the Grand Floridian) is no more, the amount of spaces available could be dramatically lower than it used to be.

BOTTOM LINE: You really should make a reservation for the Child Activity Centers, just like you would an Advance Dining Reservation for a meal. It secures your plans.

    Have a magical vacation!
