Need a 3-bedroom suite/cabin/villa with min 2.5 bath and kitchen with Disney transportation (bus/skyway/etc) to parks. Hard to research all options on your website and can't get prices for that far out. Can you provide list of places with costs?

    Hello Kurt!

Welcome to planDisney! I love that you are planning so far ahead for what looks to be a magical trip with many people!

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels do have 3-bedroom villa options and they are amazing. You get the convenience of home but are close to all of the excellent Disney Resort Transportation. Most if not all, can accommodate up 12 adults or more and come with more than 2 bathrooms. In addition, they are your home away from home in that they have full kitchens, a living and dining room, a washer and dryer, and many times a balcony. My own home does not have a balcony!

When searching for a 3-bedroom space your best option is to look under the resort category of "Disney Villas". From there you can see the available room types. Costs vary by location and date and could change by 2025 so I recommend just visiting our site when it's time to book. However, I did some research and the following are the ones with three-bedroom villas:

After speaking with a Cast Member, usually, the announcement for the next year's room booking availability occurs in the spring and they are then allowed to book 600 days ahead from there. You will most likely have to wait till spring 2024 to book your 2025 vacation but I would just keep an ear out just in case it changes.  In addition, I was warned that some 3-bedroom availability will be limited as it is prioritized for Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members. I did see, however, a good amount of options for an upcoming weekend and I encourage you to keep visiting the site as your trip gets closer.

I would also suggest that there is a chance a 2 bedroom villa could also work for you as that can fit up 8 adults. Many times there is usually a sleeper sofa or a pull-down murphy bed so that everyone can fit in! If you like to travel with a large group then I would consider a DVC membership and my fellow panelists Keri and Tiffany can be your guide for all those questions as it is their specialty.

    Have a wonderful time!
