You have great timing! Your tickets are not lost, so please don’t worry. There is a way to get those tickets back, so you can link them to your
My Disney Experience account.
The best way to start the process is by sending an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Martin Leonardo, explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will send you a new confirmation number. Just link that number to your My Disney Experience account and then you can start making new
Disney Park Pass Reservations for your upcoming visit.
