I need assistance booking tickets to Epcot on June 28th and Magic Kingdom July 1st. I am having trouble with the website.

    Hello, Robert!

It sounds like you have purchased your theme park tickets and are running into a bit of a sticky situation trying to make your Disney Park Pass system reservations

Robert, the first thing that you will want to do is to check the Availability Calendar to be sure that reservations are available for your desired parks and preferred dates. Availability is updated in near real-time, so even if you are not seeing any availability at the moment, keep checking! You may be able to get a reservation in a few days or weeks.

If you are still having trouble making your reservations, be sure to check that the tickets you purchased are for the correct dates. You can do this by logging into your My Disney Experience Account and going to "My Plans." Below your planning party, you will see a blue button that says "Tickets & Memory Maker." When you click on that, you should see your tickets, who they are assigned to, and what dates they are valid for. If your tickets are not correct, you will be able to change them on this page by clicking "Change Ticket."

Now, Robert my very last tip for you is to try a different computer or browser if you are still having trouble making your Disney Park Pass system reservations.

If all else fails, reach out to the Tech Support Cast Members at (407) 939-4357 and see if they can work any magic on their end. Note that they will not be able to help if reservations are booked up, but they can fix any technical issues that are preventing you from being able to make a reservation.

    See you real soon!
